We support WCB Alberta claims and provide receipts for Alberta extended health plans. Direct billing is available for eligible insurers. Call the Savanna clinic before your visit and we will tell you which plans we can bill and what to bring.
WCB workplace injuries
If your injury is covered by WCB Alberta, bring your claim number and any paperwork from your employer or case manager. We coordinate treatment plans and progress reporting for approved claims at our northeast Calgary clinic.
Extended health insurance
Most Alberta plans cover physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, and acupuncture. Coverage limits, referral rules, and direct billing eligibility vary by provider. Check your policy, then ask our front desk whether we can bill your plan.
Payment and direct billing
We accept debit and credit cards. When your insurer allows it, we submit the claim so you only pay any remaining portion. Payment is due at the visit unless your plan or WCB claim covers it.
